About these truck coloring pages
Trucks are the first machines most kids fall in love with, and this set starts as simply as a truck can be drawn. One dump truck with a tipped bed, one flat pickup, one boxy delivery van: thick rounded outlines, huge wheels and plenty of white space so preschool hands can finish a page and feel proud of it.
Older colorers get the whole yard. A semi with a long trailer, a tow truck lifting a small car, a cement mixer with a turning drum, a garbage truck on its round, a log hauler stacked high and a busy construction site with three machines at once. Every page prints free on US Letter or A4 as a PDF or a PNG.
Coloring tips and activities
- Give the cab and the trailer two different shades so the long trucks read clearly from across the room.
- Leave the windows and the headlights white, or use the palest tone you have, so the glass looks like glass.
- Color the tires in one dark tone on every page, then the trucks all look like they belong to one fleet.
- Work the busy work-site page one machine at a time so the crowded scene never feels like too much.
