About these rapunzel coloring pages
Rapunzel is the princess whose hair is the page. It falls from a tower window, coils across floors, braids with flowers through it and trails behind her wherever she walks. That single feature gives every page a long flowing shape to color.
The set starts simple: Rapunzel at her window with thick bold outlines and her hair hanging down in one wide band. Then it opens out into tower rooms full of paintings, floating lanterns over water, a chameleon friend on her shoulder, bare feet in grass, and braids woven with dozens of small flowers. Every page prints free on US Letter or A4 as a PDF or PNG.
Coloring tips and activities
- Color the hair in long unbroken strokes that follow its curve, never across it.
- Two close tones in the hair - one for the lit side, one for the shaded - make it look thick.
- Leave the flowers woven through the braid uncolored until the hair is finished around them.
- On the lantern pages keep the sky light so the lanterns still read as the brightest thing.
