About these dirt bike coloring pages
A dirt bike is mostly frame, wheels and air, which makes it a clean shape to color even for a beginner. The easy pages start with one bike from the side, a single knobbly wheel, a helmet and a pair of goggles, all drawn with thick outlines and wide open shapes.
The rest of the set is the track. Jumps with the bike sideways, a rider leaning through a berm, a rooster tail of dirt out of a corner, a start gate full of riders and a pit lane full of tools. Detailed pages take the engine apart and draw every spoke, fin and bolt. Every page prints free on US Letter or A4 as a PDF or a PNG.
Coloring tips and activities
- Give the plastics one bold shade and the frame a darker one — that single split makes any bike look right.
- Keep the tires dark and leave the knobs on the tread slightly paler, so the tread pattern still shows through.
- Leave the flying dirt and roost almost white. Pale dirt reads as motion; dark dirt reads as a second object.
- Colour the goggle lens as one flat shape with a white streak across it, and it looks like glass every time.
