About these care bear coloring pages
A Care Bear is a circle with ears, and a badge on the tummy that is a small drawing all of its own. That double structure is what makes these pages work: a big easy shape to fill and one detailed emblem to enjoy. The easy set gives a young child one standing bear, one badge and a cloud, with thick outlines and lots of room.
The set then builds a whole sky. Bears on clouds, sliding down rainbows, hugging, sleeping among stars, and a cloud kingdom of houses and bridges. Detailed pages turn the badges into ornamental mandalas and fill the sky with layered clouds and stars. Every page prints free on US Letter or A4 as a PDF or a PNG.
Coloring tips and activities
- Give every bear a different body shade but keep the tummy patch pale on all of them. The badges then stay the focus.
- Colour the belly badge last and make it the strongest thing on the page.
- Leave the clouds almost white and shade only their underside curves — they will look soft rather than solid.
- Try one page in three shades only. These designs were made for flat colour and look best that way.
